Lalit Agarwalla is a highly experienced professional in system architecture and solutions engineering with a career spanning over a decade at Pegasystems since June 2010, currently serving as Principal System Architect. Expertise includes design, development, and implementation of PRPC-based BPM, Decisioning, and BRE solutions, particularly for clients like Verizon. Lalit has contributed to various frameworks, including Incident Management and Aggregate Spend Management, while also playing a key role in helping teams build quality frameworks as part of the Architecture and Best Practices team.
