Peter Kay is an experienced leasing professional currently serving as Director of Leasing at Pegasus since December 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the leasing of a nationwide management portfolio and implementing innovative leasing strategies. Prior to this role, Peter held senior positions at Macerich as Senior Manager of Leasing and at Terramar Retail Centers, LLC as Leasing Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at both JLL (formerly Wilson Retail Group) and Wilson Retail Group. Peter Kay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Radford University, where education was completed from 1992 to 1996.
