Phil Maloney is an experienced coffee industry professional with a strong background in coffee purchasing and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Coffee Purchasing at Peet's Coffee since February 2017, Phil has previously held the position of Director of Coffee Purchasing at Peet's Coffee & Tea from October 2012 to February 2017. Prior to that, Phil was the Vice President at Atlantic Specialty Coffee from September 2002 to September 2012 and served as the Director of Coffee Operations at S&W Fine Foods from June 1989 to April 2002. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from U.C. Davis, where education was completed between 1980 and 1985, and is an alumnus of St. Ignatius College Preparatory, graduating in 1980.
