Erica Vallette is an experienced professional in inventory management and buying, currently serving as a Senior Buyer/Planner at Peet's Coffee since July 2015. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at Levi Strauss & Co., including Inventory Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing product distribution for a $400 million revenue business, and Manager of Performance and Analysis, where Erica played a key role in increasing US Women’s revenues from $96 million to $147 million within two years. Erica began at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Business Planner, contributing to the alignment of Annual Operating Plans with company goals and facilitating communication between departments. Erica Vallette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from San Francisco State University.
