Amy Pelaston is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits management and human resource operations. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Peerless Technologies since February 2020, Amy previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at State of the Heart Care from January 2011 to February 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at MacAulay Brown and as a Human Resource Generalist at SI International. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ohio University in 2019 and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Sinclair Community College.
