Fabrizio Tiso is the current General Manager at PeerIQ, a data and analytics company that is bridging the gap between online lenders and the capital markets. Fabrizio has held this position for 1 year. Prior to that, they were the Head of Commercial Strategy at Teamstand, a platform launched by the D.E. Shaw Group that brings discussions, systems and data into one place, making processes more efficient and transparent. Fabrizio led strategy, GTM, and sales from MVP to onboarding of the first clients. Before that, they were the Founder and CEO of Irene Retirement - a VC-backed company in the consumer lending space - to help older adults and their families tap into home equity in a simple, fair, and responsible way. As co-founder and CEO, they led recruiting, underwriting, sales and capital markets. Fabrizio has also worked as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group for 8 years.

Fabrizio Tiso studied at HEC School of Management, ESADE Business School, and Università Bocconi. Fabrizio completed an exchange program at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
