Shell Guida currently serves as the Engineering Business Unit Manager for the South Cluster at Peel Ports Group, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shell held the title of Head of Engineering and Maintenance at North Air from October 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included providing engineering support, managing maintenance budgets, and overseeing contractor performance. Shell’s extensive experience also includes roles as Maintenance Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners, Assistant Engineering Manager at Crossrail Ltd, and Managing Director at Quantum NDT and Inspection LTD, along with engineering positions at INEOS Grangemouth and Shell. Shell Guida holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
