Alejandra Kabakian currently serves as Chief People Officer for LATAM at PedidosYa, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Alejandra held several significant HR leadership positions, including Directora de Recursos Humanos at Aconcagua Foods from June 2020 to November 2022, and various managerial roles at Cencosud S.A. between September 2011 and March 2020, overseeing talent management and HR operations across multiple Latin American countries. Alejandra's experience also includes HR Director roles at Easy Argentina Cencosud and P&G, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and talent supply management. Alejandra's educational background includes an HR senior executive program at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
