Arie Friedman is a pediatrician and Chief Medical Information Officer at PediaTrust LLC, where they have worked since 2013. They are also a Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine since 2001. Arie serves as an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner, a role they began in 2025, and previously held the position of Managing Partner at Premier Pediatrics, S.C. from 2004 to 2012. Arie served as a U.S. Naval Aviator from 1987 to 1994 after earning their MD at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1998 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Chicago in 1987.
