Alicia Marshall is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and education, currently serving as Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Pediatric Therapeutic Services, Inc. since November 2021. Alicia also holds the position of Director of RBT Compliance in the same organization. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Build and Care ABA Therapy and as a Behavior Consultant at Brett DiNovi & Associates. Additionally, Alicia has experience as a BCBA at Build N Care Therapy and as a Special Education Teacher with the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rutgers University (2015-2017) and a Master's degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey (2005-2010).
