Nisit Krutkaew currently serves as Client Partner and Head of Indochina at Pedersen & Partners since October 2020. Prior to this role, Nisit held the position of Principal in the Industrial Practice at Heidrick & Struggles from 2017 to October 2020, and served as Managing Director at Amrop Thailand from July 2009 to 2017. Additional experience includes a Senior Associate role in the Financial Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles (July 2008 - June 2009), Associate positions at Horton International (January 2005 - June 2008 and June 2003 - July 2004), and Assistant Vice President for Human Resources Special Projects at Standard Chartered Bank (July 2004 - December 2004). Nisit began a professional career as a Consultant in Executive Search at KPMG Thailand from December 2000 to June 2003.
