Diana Gasitoi is a research associate at Pedersen & Partners, an international executive search firm, since October 2019. Prior to this role, Diana served as an acquisition editor for the Portuguese market at OmniScriptum Publishing Group from July 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing author databases and overseeing book projects. Earlier positions include executive assistant and translator roles at DRA Draexlmaier Automotive SRL and IM Suedzucker Moldova S.A., where Diana coordinated activities for general managers and facilitated communication across departments. Diana's early career involved various student jobs in Frankfurt am Main and participation in international testing projects TIMSS and PIRLS in Moldova. Diana holds a licentiate degree in philology with a focus on German and English languages from Universitatea de Stat „Alecu Russo” din Bălți and pursued further studies at Goethe University Frankfurt.
