Mike Smith has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked at several companies in various roles. Mike started their career at Cardinal-Lexford Realty Company in 1990, where they served as a Regional Vice President until 2000. Mike then joined JC Hart Co as the Vice President of Property Operations for a year before moving to Equity Residential, where they worked as an Area Manager from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, they joined Pedcor Investments, LLC in 2003 as a Senior Vice President of Development.

Mike Smith attended Michigan State University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
