Brett Marcus is the General Counsel and Senior Vice President at PEBB Enterprises, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Brett served as a Shareholder at Stearns Weaver Miller from 2016 to 2022 and as an Associate Attorney at Shutts & Bowen LLP from 2014 to 2016. Brett began their legal career as an Attorney at Rialto Capital Management, where they worked from 2012 to 2014. Brett earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University in 2012, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2009.
