Oliver Latham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, education, and workforce development. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Westminster Education, Employment and Skills Board since March 2024, Oliver focuses on improving education and skills provision in Westminster. As VP Strategy and Growth for Pearson's Workforce Skills Division since April 2017, responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions, along with a history of directing higher education sales and consulting. Oliver's previous roles at EY included managing significant business development and workforce transformation programs. Additionally, Oliver co-founded goalgiving, a performance-based charity platform, and is a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts. Educational credentials include a BA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester and a brief course at The London School of Economics.
