Jessica McInnis, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Customer Engagement at Pearson, where responsibilities include developing the growth strategy for the Science portfolio in Canada and providing thought leadership in digital pedagogy. Over more than a decade, Jessica has held various roles at Pearson, including Digital Learning Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales and Editorial Representative, focusing on driving sales and adoption of educational products. In addition, Jessica is a part-time professor at Conestoga College, teaching courses in marketing and sales. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and degrees in Education and Biology from the University of Windsor.
