Ed Guardaro serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Pearson, with a focus on the Workforce Skills division following the company's acquisition of Credly in 2022. Previously, Ed held the position of Vice President of Sales at Credly, where responsibilities included leading sales efforts, managing personnel across various sales functions, and overseeing revenue goals and go-to-market strategies. Ed is also an Executive Member of Pavilion, a community for sales and marketing executives. Prior experience includes roles as Enterprise Sales Director at Transfix and Enterprise Sales Executive at Mimeo, where foundational skills in SaaS sales were developed. Ed Guardaro holds a BA in English and Music from the University of Vermont, as well as a degree in Liberal Arts & Business from IES Abroad in Barcelona.
