Stuart Duff is a seasoned professional in leadership development, talent management, coaching, and assessment, currently serving as the Managing Partner and Head of Development at Pearn Kandola since November 2000. Prior to this role, Stuart was a Partner and Senior Manager at Deloitte from January 1994 to October 2000, where responsibilities included internal coaching and maintaining an external client portfolio focused on leadership and management skills. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Psychologist at Development Associates from November 1992 to January 1994, where Stuart developed psychometric services and provided coaching and leadership development. Stuart holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, both from Cardiff University, along with O Levels from Bristol Grammar School.
