Mike Esser has been with Pearl Meyer since 2002, where Mike currently holds the title of Managing Director. Prior to that, Mike worked at Hewitt Associates from June 1985 to May 2001, holding various titles including Executive Compensation Consultant, Unit Manager, and Business Development (MCS). Mike graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 1985.
