Erin Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erin currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pearl by Lela Rose, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Erin was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at both Pearl by Lela Rose and Lela Rose, beginning in 2018.

Before joining the fashion industry, Erin worked in the culinary field. Erin was an Instructor at the Viking Cooking School from 2009 to 2011, where they taught courses on the economy of culinary craft and ensured a positive experience for students. Prior to that, Erin worked as a Tournant at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, where they gained valuable experience in different cooking and preparation stations, mentored co-workers, and participated in quality control.

Erin's financial expertise was demonstrated during their tenure at Momofuku Milk Bar, where they worked as a Controller from 2013 to 2014. Here, they ensured accurate financial transactions, evaluated operational practices, and provided training to the finance team. Before that, Erin served as an Accounting and Finance Associate at Momofuku from 2011 to 2014, overseeing month-end projects and daily sales tasks.

Erin also has experience in finance and taxation. Erin interned at Goldman Sachs for a year, where they prepared tax returns and analyzed financial reporting information. Overall, Erin's work experience showcases their expertise in finance, operations, and culinary arts.

Erin Anderson completed their Diploma of Culinary Arts at The French Culinary Institute from 2005 to 2006. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2008 to 2010.
