Todd Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and architecture, specializing in customer interaction and communication platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at InflowCX since May 2022, Todd previously held roles such as Solutions Architect at Avtex Solutions, Senior Solutions Engineer at Sharpen, and Solution Consultant at Genesys. Todd's career began in telephony engineering, with significant contributions at Interactive Intelligence, where expertise in customer interaction solutions was developed. Todd also has a strong foundation in managing teams and projects, having led engineering efforts at Digital Voice Systems and served as Service Manager for Sodick, Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Associate’s degree in Electronics, both from DeVry.
