Shannon Higgins is an experienced project manager currently working at InflowCX since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon served as a senior consultant at EPIC Connections, an InflowCX company, from February 2021 to May 2022. Shannon's previous experience includes a position as a senior technical project manager at Intrado from September 2016 to April 2020, and as the director of client services at West Interactive Corporation from July 2002 to September 2016. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Statistics from Mount Holyoke College.
