Michael Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project engineering and technical training. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at InflowCX since January 2023, Michael has also held various roles at Genesys since January 2016, including Lead Technical Trainer, Subject Matter Expert in UI and Architect and Routing for Genesys Cloud, and System Engineer. Michael's career began in 2013 at Murtech Infrastructure Services, where the position of IT Support Technician was held for a brief period.
