Aleece Patten

HR Coordinator, People & Culture at Peaksware

Aleece Patten has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Aleece began their career at Inspirato as a Senior Personal Vacation Advisor, where they worked with over 250 clients to help them book vacations, hotels, excursions, and help the destination concierge while the clients were in house. Aleece also helped train new employees and acted as a lead when others were away. In 2014, they moved to The Pines at Genesee and The Pines Catering, where they worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator and Floor Staff/Captain. In 2015, they took on the role of Administrative Assistant Office Manager at Fire Inspection Services. In 2018, they became a Technical Recruiter at Compri Consulting and, most recently, in 2021, they joined Peaksware Holdings, LLC as an HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Aleece Patten attended Colorado Mesa University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
