Debbie Carr serves as the Site Development Manager-Carolinas at PeakNet, LLC since September 2019, overseeing site development activities related to utility infrastructure. With extensive experience in the wireless industry, Debbie has held various roles such as Manager of Site Development at MOUNTAIN, LTD., where responsibilities included leading site acquisition and lease negotiations, and Site Acquisition Manager at juvo Telecom, focusing on collocations and modifications LTE. Previous positions also include project management at Communication Infrastructure Corporation and leasing coordination at MasTec. Debbie holds a BA in Business and Communications from North Carolina State University, a Project Management Technology Certificate from Forsyth Technical Community College, and has completed MBA coursework at Fayetteville State University. Debbie is also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
