Paul Bates has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career as a Consultant at PSD in February 1997 and worked there till June 1999. After that, they joined TIDI as an Operations Manager in 1999 and stayed with the company until 2001. In 2002, Paul joined Peak Technologies Europe as an Account Director, where they played a crucial role in supporting key retail clients in implementing mobile technology solutions. Paul also moved into a direct selling role in June 2013 to focus on developing and driving Peak-Ryzex Retail offerings for Tier I and II retailers.

Paul Bates attended Hardenhuish School from 1985 to 1992. Paul then went on to the University of Reading from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management & Quantity Surveying.
