Adrian Walker has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Adrian started as a Store Manager at KC Video from 1982 to 1992, where they managed an independent computer store and a sales/support team. Adrian then worked as a Business Machines Team Leader at Staples Office Supplies from 1993 to 1995, responsible for the day-to-day operations and staff development. Adrian also served as a Merchandise Manager at Software City PLC from 1995 to 1997, overseeing a flagship retail outlet and delivering profit targets.

In 1997, Adrian joined ESP Systex Ltd as a Sales Executive in the Data Collection Division. Adrian later became a Product Manager for the same division, where they specified and managed the delivery of contactless smart card and RFID smart label data collection solutions. Adrian established the division's largest installed base in the Scottish Whisky industry and provided bespoke software solutions.

In 2002, Adrian became a Business Development Manager at Mnetics Holdings Ltd until 2009, responsible for driving business growth. Adrian then joined Fidelity Systems Plc as a Solutions Sales Manager in 2010, where they led sales teams in delivering EPOS centric solutions and developed strategic relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Adrian then joined Jade Solutions Ltd in 2013 as an Account Director, where they held this position until 2022. Adrian continued their career as an Account Director at Renovotec in 2022 and is currently an Account Director at Peak Technologies Europe starting in 2023.
