Sean Ebert is an experienced consultant and fractional COO currently working with Peak Business Navigation since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sean served as Group President of Dehumidification and DOAS at Madison Indoor Air Quality from February 2022 to May 2023, and held various leadership positions at Therma-Stor, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and VP of Operations from July 2008 to May 2023. Sean co-founded NxtMile and gained valuable analytical experience as an MBA intern at Kegonsa Capital Partners. Early in the career, Sean worked as an Interface Analyst at Epic Systems, Technology Director at Providential Bancorp, and Chief Technology Officer at Evantis Financial. Sean holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, as well as a MS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
