Catherine Coyle has extensive experience in customer service and quality management in the HVAC and medical fields. Currently serving as Call Center and Customer Experience Manager, as well as Quality Process & Compliance Manager at Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical since June 2015, Catherine contributes to maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
