Nakya Carter currently serves as an Administrative & Logistics Coordinator at AEG Global Partnerships and as an Operations and Event Production Intern at Peacock Theater, both positions held since June 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Student Assistant at Shaw University, supporting the President and Executive Assistant with Student Affairs, and internships as a Broadcast Journalist at WRAL, Editorial Intern at WALTER Magazine, Digital Marketing & Communications Intern at myFutureNC, Inbound Marketing Intern at Stratagon, and Interviewer for HBCU Buzz, where Nakya engaged with mainstream actors and developed professional interviewing skills. Nakya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Mass Communications from Shaw University, attained in May 2024.
