Dustin Pederson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2016. Dustin began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Dairy Queen and later worked as a Server at Old Chicago Restaurants. Dustin also served as a Summer Camp Counselor at Lutherans Outdoors in South Dakota, where they provided a positive role model for campers and led various activities.

In 2012, Dustin joined Sioux Falls School District as a Kids Inc Lead Helper, where they created a safe environment for elementary aged students and engaged them in activities. Dustin also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Vance Thompson Vision, promoting the company through social media and organizing marketing events.

In 2013, Dustin became involved in Augustana College (SD) as an Entertainment Governor and later as a Marketing Governor, where they managed social media pages and created informative posters. Dustin then transitioned to Expansion Capital Group as a Senior Underwrite Support, where they provided underwriting assistance.

Most recently, Dustin worked as the Director of Communications at Peace Lutheran Church, managing various communication channels such as social media, website, newsletter, and emails. Overall, Dustin has demonstrated skills in communication, leadership, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Dustin Pederson attended Augustana University (SD) from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis.
