Steven Dorsey has extensive experience in program management and international development, currently serving as the Country Director for the Peace Corps in Costa Rica since June 2009, overseeing a team of over 25 staff and 100 volunteers across three key projects. Prior roles include Program Manager for SiloSmashers, Inc. under a DHHS/OMH program, and Vice-President & Director of Capture Management at SiloSmashers, where business development was a focus. Steven also served as Regional Director for Project HOPE, managing operations in Latin America and the Caribbean, and held various project management positions at the Academy for Educational Development, where expertise in international education and healthcare was developed. Earlier in the career, Steven coordinated the POPLINE CD-ROM program for the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. Steven holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
