Ryan A. Moore currently serves as the Chief of Operations for Peace Corps Response, a role taken on in August 2023. Prior to this position, Ryan A. Moore held various significant roles at the Millennium Challenge Corporation from 2012 to August 2023, including Director of RBF for Inclusive Employment and the Director of Evaluation, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar programs focused on improving youth employability and overseeing education evaluations across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes project management at TechnoServe, where Ryan A. Moore conducted value chain analyses for small-holder farmers, and as Refugee Employment Coordinator at World Relief, where effective employment strategies were implemented for recently resettled refugees. Ryan A. Moore's educational background includes an MPA/ID from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.S. in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
