Lara Fedorov has extensive experience in program management and development, currently serving as Deputy Director of Gifts and Grants Management at the Peace Corps since May 2023. Previously, Fedorov held roles at Medtronic, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager for Skills-Based Volunteering, from November 2019 to May 2023. Prior to this, Fedorov was a Senior Technical Advisor at the Public Health Institute and served in various capacities at the Peace Corps, including Supervisory Program Manager and Program Specialist from 2008 to 2017. Experience also includes a position as Deputy Director at the Conservation Society of Pohnpei and an Urban Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Earlier in the career, Fedorov worked as a Research Associate at Birch and Davis Associates, Inc., and as a Volunteer Youth Mentor and Tutor with AmeriCorps. Fedorov holds a Master of Arts in International Development and Social Change from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Anthropology from the University of Mary Washington.
