Johan De Greef is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as an advisor and investor at Peacasa Snacks Inc. since October 2022, Johan has also held roles on the advisory boards of Ryerson Venture Zone and Mary Macleod's Shortbread since June 2021. As a business advisor at Envoi, Johan supports enterprise retailers in enhancing their logistics. Founder of Best to Market, Johan aids food companies in achieving their goals through expertise in manufacturing, sales, and team development. Previously, as a consultant for Allergysmart, Johan optimized production and business strategies for a top allergen-free bakery. Johan founded and led Saxon Chocolates for 23 years, successfully transitioning the company to new management after its sale. Earlier experience includes co-founding Eurotreats, a specialty food import business. Johan holds an engineering degree in Electro-Mechanical from IHAM Antwerpen, earned between 1984 and 1987.
