Caleb Grounds has extensive experience in the mining industry, having worked at Peabody Energy since 2011, where current responsibilities include serving as General Manager and previously holding various senior managerial roles in engineering and asset management. Key accomplishments encompass overseeing engineering services for multiple mining operations, managing teams responsible for continuous improvement and environmental functions, and ensuring safety and production in active mining areas. Prior to these roles, Caleb gained hands-on experience as a mine engineer and operations associate, as well as completing internships and early roles in engineering. Caleb holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
