Daniel S. Park serves as a Vice President at PDT Partners since February 2023, bringing extensive expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence from previous roles at Google, where Daniel held the positions of Senior Research Scientist, Research Scientist, and AI Resident on the Brain Team from June 2018 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a Scientist role at Verseon focused on drug discovery and research and development, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Rutgers University specializing in string theory, quantum field theory, and mathematical physics. Daniel also worked as a Research Assistant Professor at the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics and as a Research/Teaching Assistant at MIT. Education includes a PhD in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Physics from Seoul National University. Additionally, Daniel completed mandatory military service in the Republic of Korea Army as a Sergeant.
