Steve Gaynes is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering for product development across various industries, including medical, military, aerospace, and consumer electronics. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Astronics CSC since December 2017, Steve has a long-standing role as a Mechanical Engineer at Product Development Technologies since 1996, where responsibilities include guiding products from concept through to production support. Previously, Steve worked as a Group Leader at Motorola Mobility from May 1987 to October 1996, contributing as a mechanical engineer in a team that developed three market-leading products recognized for their compact and lightweight design. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Illinois Chicago.
