Daniel Segall is a Principal Research Scientist at PDRI by Pearson since November 2021 and previously served as the Director of the Defense Personnel Assessment Center within the Office of People Analytics at the US Department of Defense from December 2005 to October 2021. Daniel Segall earned a Ph.D. in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies were completed between 1979 and 1983.
