Arnes Tabakovic has extensive work experience as a software engineer. Arnes joined SBI in July 2001 as an Ingénieur informaticien and worked there until June 2003. In August 2003, Arnes joined Rola Security Systems AG and held the role of Software Engineer for 16 years, until April 2019. Arnes then joined LogObject AG in April 2019, where they continued working as a Software Engineer until the present time. Most recently, in June 2022, Arnes began working at PDF Tools AG as a Software Engineer.

Arnes Tabakovic completed their education with a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, which they earned between the years 2000 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science for Business Management from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their Bachelor's Degree, they also acquired a Two-year university degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the same institution between 1997 and 1999.
