Dispatcher & Office Manager at PCR Business Systems

Lynette joined the PCR Team in June 2014, taking on the role of Office Manager/Dispatcher, and has over 13 years of experience supporting IT Departments. She oversees all aspects of the office operations, as well as managing the service boards and ensuring the customers receive the best service possible. Lynette excels in organization and task management, which helps make PCR’s helpdesk an industry leader.

Lynette is passionate about her community and is actively involved in her church. She and her family most recently served with the hurricane relief efforts in Houston, where they installed drywall in two homes that were gutted by water damage.
