Tom Croonenberg possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and project management. Currently serving as Interim Director and Project Manager at PCOU Willibrord since March 2016, Tom oversees the education of 120 students alongside a multidisciplinary team. Previously, Tom held leadership roles at Connect Holland, Fox-IT, and ING, focusing on management programs, cybersecurity, and HR project initiatives. Additional consulting experience includes positions at Galjaard en Croonenberg, UWV, and RAET, with a strong emphasis on organizational insights and SAP HR solutions. Tom holds degrees in Organizational Studies and Educational Leadership, further bolstered by training in system dynamics.
