Ron Alflen has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and HR sectors. Currently, Ron serves as a Medewerker specialistische stafondersteuning at PCOU Willibrord since November 2019. Previously, Ron founded BBQ Food Express, where responsibilities included acting as Grillmaster from February 2018 to August 2024. Ron held positions at Raet as a Development Manager and Product Manager from January 2012 to June 2016, focusing on the "Medical Leave" module. Ron was also an IT Manager at Cisco Systems International BV from December 2000 to January 2012, managing a global team and liaising with the Global HR PMO. Earlier roles included SAP consultant and Senior Technical Consultant at Raet (1994-2000) and Field Service Engineer at Xtec (1985-1989). Education was completed at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1979 to 1981.
