Monica Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and broadcasting. Currently serving as the Group Sales Manager at PCH Hotels & Resorts since April 2007, Monica has a strong background in media, having worked as a TV News Anchor at WAKA TV from August 1995 to March 2007, and prior roles as a News Assignment Editor/Anchor at WVAS FM and as a TV News Anchor at KCEN TV. Early career experience includes serving as a Press Assistant to Governor Jim Folsom for the State of Alabama. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Alabama and graduated from McGill Toolen High School in 1992.
