Patricia Branco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management across various telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as AVP Service Management for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since July 2014, Patricia excels in mentoring regional teams, facilitating operations, and fostering customer relationships at the senior management level. Previous roles at PCCW include Head of Service Management for META and Africa, where Patricia played a strategic role in enhancing organizational performance and establishing long-term engagement with clients.
