Kevin Baker is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in product management and engineering operations. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since December 2017, Kevin previously held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Console Connect Inc. from December 2014 to November 2017. Kevin's extensive experience includes roles at Red Hat, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in Engineering Infrastructure Planning and Operations, significantly growing the Engineering Operations team from 4 to over 45 members. Early career roles include software engineering positions at RIPE NCC, APNIC, PSINet, and TWICS, as well as maintenance programming at ISSC Australia and IBM. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Queensland University of Technology, earned in December 1992.
