Alaa M. is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry with a robust background in technical management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since October 2012, Alaa oversees daily operations for a team of 51 engineers and manages all outgoing correspondence and reports. Previously, Alaa held the position of Technical Manager for IP/TX/Satellite in the EMEA region, where responsibilities included delivering high-quality customer service for international IP services and coordinating customized IP solution projects. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Manager at Babylon Services Co., directing engineering teams for product design and development, and as a Network Administrator at Batelco Jordan Co., managing corporate network infrastructure. Alaa holds a BSc. Degree in Computer Engineering from Philadelphia University and completed training at Cisco Academy in 2002.
