Frances Z. is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and previously as an Early Learning Program Manager at PBS SoCal | KCET since October 2019, Frances has demonstrated expertise in strategic program development. Prior experience includes roles as a Multicultural Marketing Coordinator at Infinity Insurance and as a Project Coordinator at Lexus, as well as an internship in sales, management, and service with Lexus. Frances holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature, both obtained from California State University, Long Beach, between 2008 and 2013, where involvement as a Student Advisor at the Hispanic Service Institution was also notable.
