Sheila Kalwei is an experienced professional in production management and design, currently serving as the Production Label Process Manager at PBI/Gordon since December 2012. Prior to this role, Sheila held the position of Production Supervisor at ITW Pro Brands, where responsibilities included workflow management, departmental staffing, and facilitating communication across various internal teams while managing vendor relations. Additionally, Sheila's experience includes work as a Designer at Mail Print Inc., where digital file preparation for print led to increased sales, and as an Art Director at First Team Graphics, managing staff designers and enhancing customer relations for a national sports apparel retailer. Sheila earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Kansas and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Independence Community College.
