Ramsés Valencia is an experienced professional in global implementation services and financial management, currently serving as the Head of Global Implementation Services at Payzaar since October 2021. Previously, Ramsés held positions in various organizations, including Global Onboarding/Implementations at immedis and Operations Manager - CX at Sage, where responsibilities included customer success management. Additional experience includes roles at Brook Software Solutions as an Implementation Consultant and at FibraShop as a System Administrator. Ramsés's extensive background in ERP implementation spans positions at Intelisis, where roles included Team Lead ERP Implementation Consultant, as well as financial management roles at FAO and the Secretaría de Educación Pública. Ramsés holds two bachelor's degrees from Universidad Veracruzana, one in Computer Systems Management and another in Accounting.
